Terms and Conditions

The minimum period for Team Membership is fifteen (15) months from the date of dispatch of the introductory parcel.  

The total cost of each parcel, including postage/handling and GST, shall be charged to your nominated credit card account upon dispatch of each parcel.  This does not apply to the free introductory parcel.

Should a credit card payment not be honoured by the card provider all dispatches shall be withheld until such time as the amount due has been paid.  Should a credit card payment not be honoured by the card provider, Arty Bits will attempt to reprocess the payment once per week for the next three weeks.  Should the payment still fail to be processed following these attempts, then membership shall be cancelled immediately.

Notice to cease Team Membership must be made in writing to Arty Bits, PO Box 561, Beecroft, New South Wales, Australia, 2119 or by email to sales@artybits.com.au with a notice period of not less than six (6) months.

Arty Bits, Perry Management Services Pty Ltd and/or any of its directors and officers shall be held free of liable for any occurrence arising from the use and/or misuse of the materials contained in the parcel.
